Gail’s Bakery have an ambitious expansion plan and are opening more than ten new retail outlets on the British high street ranging from far afield Cambridge to around the M25 but mostly in London.
The shop fitting works mostly require a strip out of an existing retail unit followed up by the complete refurbishment of the retail space including walls, floors, ceilings, M&E works on a really tight time scale of between three to six weeks.
Then the installation of the Gails Bakery equipment and serving counters can take place.
