THE REGULATIONS

The CDM 2015 Regulations are designed to reduce these hazards by a project client appointing a Principal Designer.

The Principal Designer looks at the overall scheme design to see how the aforementioned construction hazards and future maintenance hazards can be eliminated, reduced or controlled.

As Principal Designers we cannot stop an accident occurring but by using our knowledge we try to reduce the likelihood of harm occurring.
